i don’t just give every book 5⭐️ but this book definitely earned it. wow. i’m just.. wow. i’m in shock.
the WRITING was flawless i absolutely adore the style and am already in love with this authors MIND. gosh. it gets you hooked from the very first page. it’s so stunning.
from the very beginning, it had such a good blend of plot, chemistry, spice, and world-building while still maintaining the mysterious fantasy vibe. perfect ratio which has become quite rare in recent years.
XADEN. my husband. i’m in love with him, everything about him. i’m OBSESSED. and his heart- UGH. his words. i just love him so much.
and violence (hehe) she’s a certified badass and might be one of my all time favorite characters along with Xaden. she’s already had so much growth and has so many layers already i can only hope it gets better from here. i’m already so attatched to SO MANY characters, including the dragons. they carried.
there were parts that had me giggling and kicking my feet. there were parts that ripped my heart out and made me a sobbing mess. but mostly, this book made me so incredibly happy and it’s an instant comfort read for me now. and THE END??? HELLO?? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO JUST WAIT FOR THE NEXT BOOKS??? IM HOOKED, ADDICTED, OBSESSED, I NEED IT SO BAD????
