Beautiful. Graphic memoir, but it felt like a cross between a picture book and journal entries.
Stunning use of colour, along with a collection of different page layouts.
Protag is solidly young adult (juggling work; long term partner), but content is all appropriate for a younger audience also.
Doubles as something of a self-help offering, cleanly explaining things simply and relateably.
Probably the closest representation of my anxiety experience I’ve seen in published media.

Moderate: Mental illness
Minor: Suicidal thoughts, Body shaming, and Panic attacks/disorders
