I will recommend this entire series to anyone looking for great hockey romance with depth, laughs, disability representation, hooottttt spice, and top tier audiobooks! The Overtime Kiss was another incredible installment to the Love & Hockey series and I absolutely devoured it! The main trope - single dad x nanny - is one of my absolute favorites/insta add!

Tyler Falcon has had a major crush on his daughter’s skating coach since the moment he laid eyes on her. Only problem is that she has a fiancé. That is.. until she doesn’t!
On Sabrina’s wedding day, she receives a voicemail from her fiancé singing to her dang foster kitten about getting a BJ from another woman. How to react? Well, play it for the entire audience as she walks down the aisle of course! Her parents are pissed with a capital P because all they care about is appearances.. and they accuse her of somehow fabricating this voicemail. She gives them a big FUCK YOU, and runs off.. straight to the bar that Tyler happens to be at that night. This leads to the night of 1,001 confessions that shall not be talked about again.
Now that Sabrina’s out a fiance and a family, she needs to take on odd jobs to support herself and her skate coaching business. So when Tyler’s mom offers Sabrina the new nanny job, she can’t refuse.
Sabrina’s relationship development with Luna and Parker (Tyler’s kids) was so cute! She already had an established relationship with Luna, since she was her coach, but seeing the way she learned about both of their interests to be a better nanny to them was the best! Then we had the foster kittens (because what would a Lauren Blakely book be without a cute pet!) and that was just adorable! A hard lesson for the kids to learn when returning them, but a good one too!
The spice was very slow burn because they both tried to resist for a while.. but I LOVED the little sex notebook and the “lessons” 🥵🔥
There was some miscommunication where their relationship and feeling were concerned, which to be honest made me want to shake them. Thankfully they had friends and family to talk some sense into them & help them see reason! 🙏
If you like audiobooks, I highly suggest listening to this one! Teddy Hamilton and Brooke Bloomingdale brought Tyler and Sabrina to life in duet style narration!
