I hesitate to give this 5 stars, because I don't think it's on quite the same level as It, Shining, Misery, Pet Semetary but it's a 4.5 star read for me that I'm rounding up because I did quite enjoy it.
Revival feels aptly named because it feels like a 'revival' of classic King. Weird shit is happening, unnatural phenomena, and it all builds up to a thunderous ending.
I should also admit I just love King's voice. I am predisposed to enjoying his books a bit above the average author because no matter the plot and characters, I admire the way he puts words on the page. That said, if you're a King fan I think Revival is worth your time; especially since it's on the shorter side in comparison to much of his work.
