So happy I took someone's recommendation and tried Lily Gold because this book was exactly what I needed. I had a craving for a RH/why choose with a bit of romcom, a solid plot and well developed characters - Bingo!
It was easy to fall in love with Layla, Luke, Josh and Zack. They were diverse enough to keep it interesting but not so much so that you wondered how on earth they would work together.
There was depth to the characters with the histories they each had and the obstacles they needed to overcome on their journey to make this relationship work. I think with four main characters it would be easy to have them as surface level to avoid slowing the story but Lily Gold gave them all depth while creating a story that flowed nicely.
This book covered some emotive topics and I enjoyed the way the characters worked through them and supported eachother in the process.
I am excited to read more of Lily Gold's books.
