Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch by Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman
Did not finish book. Stopped at 64%.
Already past 60% and not feeling it. The start was good. However, after they started introducing all these side characters, it was hard to follow and didn’t feel like it was going anywhere. Even the Armageddon chapter (which takes 6 hours to get through) is tedious. I wasn’t a fan of the rambly, scattered writing style either. As a non-Brit, most of the humor and references were lost on me.
Minor: Sexual content, Racism, Fatphobia, Ableism, and Homophobia
Some parts felt dated, like the humor, use of slurs, and how non-Western characters and places are viewed or portrayed (Japanese people or Africa, for example).
