I wanted to write something coherent and short to juxtapose this long, rambling coked-out novel.
There’s a really cool idea trapped in here, and I say this as someone who thinks “aliens” are lame.
(Mostly, the new Predator movie? The one with Amber Midthunder? Kickass).
However, that really cool idea is hidden behind superfluous minutiae, and weird plot logic. Not even the cute little easter eggs could save it.
