So, this one was pretty good. There is just some sort of action to Survivors that just makes me want to keep reading. This entire novel felt like a murder-mystery, and it had me constantly wondering about the question I had since the first book...who killed Whisper? I had some thoughts about who killed him, and my guesses kept changing as I kept on reading! Buuuuut...

description

...We never find out who kills Whisper in this book. Not even any clues. Could have been foxes, could have been coyotes, but there's not enough valid evidence to prove it, so it had to be a dog. But who?? Now we have to wait another 5+ months for the next book...

Oh, and LUCKY. He gets...stupid...in this book. Maybe it's because he's now a Father-Dog? But...the decisions he makes...well, let's just say he listens more to himself than to reason, which is not what a Beta should do. But other than Lucky being annoying, and Alpha doing nothing for the entire book except giving birth (which is important, I get it...but she's ALPHA!), it was a good, quick read.
