I'm honestly not a big fan of animal stories, and this wasn't any different.
I didn't feel a connection with any of the characters, and the writing wasn't interesting enough for me to keep going other than to finish this. There were some vague themes about animal inhibitions, but they weren't really full or engaging enough for me to enjoy the story.
I knew what I was getting going into this, and I didn't hate it, but I don't think I'll ever be a fan of London. His topics aren't my taste and his writing doesn't interest me, and I don't think his works will surprise me by being greatly different from each other.
