Amy & Roger's Epic Detour
by Morgan Matson
Amy and Roger's Epic Detour certainly was a detour of epic proportions! Amy hasn't driven a car since "it" happened. Her brother and mother are on the opposite side of the country and the only way to get to their new home is to drive across the country with a boy she barely remembered.
What I liked about this book was the fact that Amy was able to overcome her biggest fear, learn to travel the unexpected path that life offered her and along the way, she grew up and found love again.
This was a nice story. It wasn't a favorite, but it was good.
