Another 3.5 stars rounded down. I really, really liked this story overall. I feel like the author’s writing improved from the first book, and the couple in the story was just adorable. (Even though this also was not an easygoing/happy romance.) The one thing I disliked was the victim-blaming mentality when a side character was blamed for nearly getting assaulted, but other than that, this one was a win for me. And the GROVELING? A+.
