4.5 stars!
I’m so thrilled the second book in this series has dropped!! I’ve been refreshing the author’s social media pages constantly over the past year hoping for a sequel, and it’s finally here! I’m such a fan of this series, and can confirm this book SLAPS.
The Angel’s Enemy Omega is romantic, adventurous story full of “bonded enemies” goodness. There’s hate-screwing, self-loathing, “I hate you, I want you, I hate that I want you” scenes, double hurt/comfort, good further world-building, and some cool tie-ins to the first book!
While the demon alpha/angel omega dynamic from the first book is my favorite, this angel alpha/demonic vampire-like omega is pretty great. Nur is probably one of my favorite characters in the series so far, and he deserves the world. 😭 I didn’t expect we’d get a book about him, but I’m so glad we heard his story. I hope Sera comes out with additional short stories for Nur and Arsene! (And maybe more Rone and Vasia too?)
Now I’m curious who in the Hollow King’s Court will be featured next!
