I disliked just about everything in this book. The summary seemed really promising, but in the end this book was just incredibly boring. The murder plot seemed more like an afterthought, with an anticlimactic ending. Seriously they tell you who did it halfway into the book. I kept expecting a twist and it being someone else after all.
The characters were bland. The guys were so sweet, they were too sweet and unrealistic. And seriously were they incapable of using her name to her face? The nicknames were too annoying. The dialogue overall was cringe worthy and immature. I was so bored I even started skimming over the sex scenes.
And seriously guys don’t refer to your penis as he or him while having sex it’s a major turn off. Also the city in this book is called “Rock Hard”... really? The only way the writer could be more on the nose would be to call it Boner...
Got both this book and the second one for free on IBooks but I doubt I’ll even bother reading the second one.
