What an amazing book, one that needs to be read by every American at least. Harriet Tubman was a hero that deserved far more than she was given. She saved and advocated for so many lives and lived her entire life in the pursuit of freedom for everyone. I did not know all of the many things Tubman had accomplished in her life, like many I was only briefly taught that she was a hero of the underground railroad, but she was also so much more than that. She did not deserve any of the hardships she had to endure, even at the hands of the people/causes she was helping (helping the union army and Lincoln), and yet she never backed down, she gritted her teeth and continued through everything. She deserves to be on our 20 dollar bill. Harriet Tubman is one of the greatest heroes of humanity.
