Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art by James Nestor

4.0

One needs to go into this book like one reads another idea compilation book with anecdotes, like freakanomics or Malcolm Gladwell. It’s a review of ideas old and new on something we all take for granted but of which science doesn’t seem to understand well the intricacies - breathing. I found some of the ideas fascinating, and like many others am now very consciously thinking about how I take my breaths.
