You’re a contributing writer at an affluent magazine in New York. You get called in to the office and told that Evelyn Hugo, one of the most famous actresses of all time, asked for you specifically to interview her for an article….that’s what happened to Monique and since that day her life just got a whole lot more interesting…
This book made me laugh, smile, cry hard, get angry — pulled at my heart strings and frankly I will never be the same. Such a beautiful story that is one of the best historical fiction books that I have ever read. 💯 recommend — it absolutely lives up to the hype.
