There is a bit too much insta-love for my liking, plus I never really felt the connection between Kayla and Michael. Maybe there was too much telling and not enough showing, because aside from them being sexually compatible, I didn't see anything else between them.
I did like Kayla though, and I think a story about her and her family (her mom during the too-short Skype scene was pretty funny), would have probably been more interesting to me than the story we got.
Still, if you need something quick and cute to read, you could do a lot worse than this book.
