I yet again picked up a book just for fun at the bookstore, only to open Libby, download the book and read it on the plane ride to Canada. 

What can I say? I am a pushover for  childhood friends to lovers. The pace of this book is quick too which makes for an easy read. The miscommunication is a bit rough to handle at times, but I found myself less aggravated and more playfully upset than anything. Spoiler Note:

There’s also a weird subplot of them being targeted by a jealous ex of one of Kyler’s hookups?? Not sure if it was necessary to the plot, but an interesting plot point I wasn’t expecting.
