While I did enjoy this book I found Evangeline even more naive in this one. But the story did answer a lot of questions naturally new ones formed by the end of the book.
I did feel a bunch of deja vu while reading this, meaning it seems to be Tella story with a few tweaks. It may be because it's dealing with Jacks but it takes you out when you're reading another love triangle.
Overall, it was an enjoyable read and I'm still invested enough to look forward to seeing how this story will end.
