This book was so dramatic and filled with conflict in almost every situation, and I loved reading it. It’s a love story about a man named Gatsby who really only loves the idea of a girl named Daisy, and doesn’t actually love her. The story is told through Nicks point of view, who is a bond salesman. Overall, it is a great story about the roaring 20’s. There is so much packed into the book and Fitzgerald does it so beautifully in his writing. I would 100% recommend reading this classic. It’s hard to put into words a true “main idea” of the book, there is truly so much, and I think each person has their own perspective the book brings. There will be moments of awe and moments of jaw dropping scarce. The Great Gatsby is, by far, one of my favorite books I’ve read.
