Folklore and Fairytales.  Cautionary tales and sweet stories.  This book is perfect for reading out loud.  Though some topics may be a bit grownup or gruesome, I think it’s still very appropriate for any age kid (or adult) who loves fantasy and adventure.  My kids asked for bedtime stories and I was terrible and thinking of something.  THIS is the thing I could have read them.  Fantastical and magical.
