I found the characters really flat, the plot redundant, and didn't really understand what the point of the story was. It was really disappointing because there were some really cool directions the author could have taken that she just didn't. Definitely feel like this book was overhyped.
Also the repeated fatphobic comments about weight and appearance really rubbed me the wrong way.
