There’s something about the first book in Balogh’s series. She does such a good job, world building, and introducing all of the characters for the rest of the series, that the main plot and the main characters for the first book are basically worthless. in a few weeks I won’t be able to tell you much about these main characters, but I’ll probably be able to tell you a lot about the rest of the characters from the rest of the series.
