I love this book. Yeah, there are some flaws. Like, was it necessary for them to be calling other players ladies from time to time? C'mon. And the whole situation where Wes's college coach outed him to his new team without telling him--that is NOT COOL. It was Wes's decision to make as to what he told people about his sexuality, and given the macho atmosphere of hockey, revealing he was gay was dangerous. (Although we are talking about romance novels, where most often it never really seems to be. If only it could be like this in real life.) Aside from the big thing and the smaller things, I still get swept up in Wes and Jamie's romance, and I still love it.
