eh. might revisit this when i'm not in the worst reading slump, but not feeling particularly inclined to at the moment. the storytelling itself was good but the story as a whole was lacking, especially character wise- i did not feel the characters were fleshed out enough for the ending to pack as much of a punch as it had the potential to. if this is my fault for taking a month to read this, or simply how the book was written, is another matter, and leads me back to my second sentence
