This is my second favorite Pippa book ever !!
As always her first chapter started out which an incredible bang and a ton of laughs because our FMC Henrietta aka Henry, was being left on her wedding day because the groom to be was in love with an older woman .. and that older women is out MMC Luca Rossi’s mom . Flash forward to even more laughs and a whole lot of fake dating between our paranormal romance writer Henry with her costume wearing cat, and of corse our professional baseball player for the Copper Valley Fireballs Luca with all of the craziness his tiktok famous grandma brings to the mix . These two had the best banter, the funniest fake sex, and the most incredible build up from fake to real !
This audiobook is book two in the Copper Valley Fireballs series and it can be read as a complete stand alone . Although i recommend reading this in Pippa’s preferred reading order so you can meet all of the incredible side characters and not get them mixed up .
