As claimed by the title, this is the author's interpretation of the Bhagwat Gita. This book is true to that claim. Unfortunately, the author has not delved enough on the philosophical side of the discussion. Instead, peppered the page with scientific and pseudo scientific facts. The use of these facts is not consistent across the book. They are mostly used to drive a point when it suits the situation. I listened to this book on Audible so that may be another reason for me not liking it. I found the writing style a little too abrupt.
It is a good book if it is your first time engaging with the Gita but if you have read or heard other interpretations then one is likely to have a mixed feeling.
