3.5/5 ⭐ It feels like there should be a 4th book with all that is left unanswered. I liked the series, but it just didn't keep up the same energy as the first book. I know the author has mentioned the possibility of spin-offs, but with nothing confirmed, it feels a bit unfinished.

Mari and Griffin never really got together, after all the focus on them. What was all the stuff with the Queen of Rose, Aleksander, and the first born daughter of Kane and Arwen? Why even make that a plot point if it just is gonna sit there like that? What happens with Lumera and Hart and Sera?
