Thank you Netgalley HarperCollins and Melissa Ferguson for the opportunity to listen to this ALC. This really was such a wonderful little rom-com about rom-coms, authorship, publishing, and the secrets they entail. I LOVED the way the MMC pulled off his grand gesture - I thought it was glorious. I also really loved the social justice aspect of the book and the emphasis on the meaningful work that the FMC was so invested in doing and saving. Overall a really lovely read and the narration was fantastic.
