One Way or Another
by Kara McDowell
Wow! Just wow. As a 27-year-old, these are my thoughts about this book:
It reads really young. But, as an adult, it didn't lock me out of it, instead, it brought me back to my teenage years, it helped me connect with the past, with the time I was that age.
Since I have anxiety as well and have dreamed about traveling my whole life, it was also extremely relatable - personally. So, I don't know if everybody can relate to Paige, but I did, so much, and it helped heal many little parts of my teenage self.
The romance part was delicious, and very "rom-comy" and I can say it was my favorite romance book I read this years.
