This is a nice, short book, that provides people with some effective, and easy ways to improve their overall wellbeing. It read a bit more “memoir” to me, and is very imbued in Australian sport culture which might make it a bit inaccessible to some. But all in all, it’s helpful, easy to read and quite hard to poke holes in. I work in mental health and would definitely recommend it for anyone, struggling or not.
