Gorgeous prose. Based in LA.

Ever been a hot 18 year old who is pregnant and gets gay obsessed with the lady she delivers pizza to and makes out with because her boyfriend is hot and successful but meh. And she gets obsessed with her and drives to her house later. We love a good gay queer woman moment.

Also read it the same day "Good Luck Babe" by Chappell Roan came out, which may have just been the perfect cherry on top. MWAH. Read this.

  • "I'll get the cherry Slurpee, you get the Coke, we'll sip and kiss and it'll be fruity soda perfection. Bask in that lamp-store glow. You are beautiful and I will never make you cry, you will pick up every phone call from me on the first ring."
  • "She was a part of my life now, I was a part of hers. When you were a part of someone's life, you saw them, you didn't have to say a day of the week, you knew you'd see them. "Soon"—it was a beautiful word."
