Life of Chopin by Franz Liszt

reflective slow-paced

3.0

reads more like an embellished, romanticized, rambling journal or diary rather than an informative biography. felt way longer than 100 pages -- i had to skim through a lot of passages as to not get boggled down by all of liszt's excessive sentiments. still an interesting piece of historical text though; useful if you want to know what liszt thought of chopin and his life, as well as about liszt himself.
