Royal Wedding
by Meg Cabot
I might be biased with my five stars but I don't care. I made a good choice, in my teen years, to love Michael Moscovitz and this book proves it yet again.
It is everything I ever wanted out of a "more adult" version of the Princess Diaries. I didn't even know this book was going to come out 'cause I thought the series had ended for good. When I heard about this, I literally screamed. I also read this book in under 24 hours, and that says a lot.
The book has many cliches in it, yes. It has so many things happening in it but all in consideration, it is still a Mia Thermopolis book. It is definitely a part of the series and it was everything I wanted even though I didn't know I wanted those things. I don't know how it would translate to a person who has not read the first series at the right time in their life. I don't know how I would've liked it if it wasn't a Princess Diaries book. But, yet it is, and it's perfect.
