Cheesy story with too many subplots to keep up with. I found myself skipping through the sections revolving around the side characters and only sticking to the ones regarding the main story. Even then, all of the male characters of book are so insufferable I couldn’t believe it.
I really did not have many expectations for this book but the second Jeb and maddy announced their engagement at another wedding…. Bffr. Could not finish it after that.
I’m convinced this author has never been to grand forks or North Dakota as a whole, some things mentioned made no sense (5-star restaurant in gf?). We need to collectively decide not to romanticize the peace garden state.
