OKAY LISA JEWELL!!! my first novel by her and i loved it.
i love when books just dive into the messiness of being a human and how different people react to trauma. the ending really surprised me and i love how it wasn’t all tied up perfectly…you’re not left with a bunch of questions but you can decide your truth.
