***POSSIBLE SPOILERS***
There were too many things that took away two stars.
The husband was a cheating scoundrel whose cousin always bailed him out. Of every scrape and mess!
The wife was too forgiving of his indiscretions, marrying her for her dowry and scandals he caused.
So while I *liked* Stephen and Cecily, they were entirely too pigheaded and honorable for their own good! Willing to put up with his stupid cousin and her idiot cheating husband and give away their only chance at happiness! Way too "self honorable" for my liking. It was very frustrating!
