The Devil's Kiss: Epilogue
by Gemma James
I was a little confused because The Devil’s Claim Book 2 in the Devil’s Kiss Series was previously titled “The Devil’s Kiss: Epilogue and it is still this title on Goodreads but, was changed on Amazon. Also this is a series you need to read book 1 first. READ the WARNING. This is a DARK Romance
I had to start The Devil’s Claim book 2 immediately when I finished reading book 1. I could not put this book down even though I couldn’t believe how Kayla had to live with such a controlling person. I think Gage Channing is either a man you love or a man you love to hate. He does have some redeemable qualities. And, at times I really like him. Kayla left Gage for a year because he kicked her out but, he can’t live without her and found her to bring her back to their home. Kayla can’t seem to be able to make up her mind either. She loves Gage but, she also loves Ian (an old boyfriend from her college days). But, she is drawn to The Devil more! Again, I will let you read the synopsis provided by Gemma James.
I know that I would never be able to live with someone so controlling as Gage is. Why is it good women are attracted to bad boys? Because Gage is definitely not a nice man and Ian is.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of “The Devil’s Claim”. This was another book that I will start reading book 3 The Devil’s Wife immediately because I can’t seem to be able to put this series down. I give The Devil’s Claim 4 stars.
