informative inspiring reflective fast-paced

I liked this book. I heard some of the ideas several years ago and they stuck with me, so I wanted to read the source material. The information and advice in this book were very practical. The writing was easy to read. I appreciated the charts and chapter summaries for quick reference. While every method in this book will not work for every person, I think anyone could find a few useful tips within it, like the 2 minute rule or visual cues. I don't love the terms good habits and bad habits-- I prefer healthy and unhealthy or helpful and unhelpful. I lowered my rating from 4 to 3 because the talk of continuous optimization and improvement was triggering for my perfectionism and obsessiveness. The talk of diet and exercise could also be triggering for those with eating disorders. But the book does encourage simplifying habits to make them more doable, and not feeling guilty about the way the human brain works, but rather finding ways to work with it.
