The High Lord by Trudi Canavan

3.0

The final leg of this book was the best of the three so far, but at the end, I found myself not interested in the fates of anyone, nor the world in which they lived. The book was entertaining, but the dialogue and characters were not interesting enough to have an emotional connection. All the enemies are just bad guys without a great backstory. There is no POV so they just show up, fight and if they died, eh, who cares?
