Wow. This book was a hard read but so good. Her story is very heartbreaking and gives you a real look into what her life was like. Her distinct voice in her writing makes the book easy to get through quickly. I listened to it on audio and finished it the day I started it. She is just so honest with everything she went through and I really admire her progress. It is good to hear everything she has done to get to a healthier state, especially in the end how she has started putting her mental wellbeing first. Would definitely recommend it.
