I love discovering the different genres that an author writes. Rebecca Yarros is one of those authors that writes romance that covers them all. At least that I’ve discovered. As a romance reader (at least 80%), I enjoy getting into stories that have mysterious circumstances surrounding a budding relationship. This story was no different. Extreme sports are not my normal reading world, but when a book club decides, we jump in wholeheartedly. I was pleasantly surprised that the characters were able to hold me in such a tight grip, that the romance bloomed naturally, and the mystery surrounding the Renegades team heated my blood to a boiling point. I can’t wait to jump into the next book of this series with the book club.
