Mixed feelings. Overall I would say I liked the general story.
On one hand, I liked the female main character herself. I thought she was well written. However there were some scenes and details that made it very obvious that this was written by a man, lol.
I liked the way this book ended, it was kind of an unexpected ending to me. Also though, it's clear that there's supposed to be a book after this one so we'll see if the final ending ends up being a more stereotypical one.
