As usual, I loved this book. There were two good mysteries going on that were not related, and the chapters mostly alternated between them. Usually, I'd be tempted to just skip over one to get on with the one I just finished, but I forced myself to be patient. It's hard, because each chapter seems to end with a cliffhanger. Makes it hard to stop reading (or listening, in my case. Jan Cramer is an excellent narrator, by the way).
If you have not read the previous books, you should. As soon as possible. It may not be necessary, but I think it's more enjoyable, and worth it for this series. And if you're already a fan, then just read it - you don't need to know any more from me.
