I rarely abandon a book, but I just couldn't take this.
NOTHING happens in this book, it's incredibly boring. And the dialogue? Dead and artificial. I've heard plenty of people say that it "gets better" after the first 100-200 pages. It doesn't. I'm so confused by the abundance 4 and 5 star reviews.
