This is a solid YA horror/thriller about 4 classmates getting lost in the Parisian catacombs. It was really fun to see how everything would play out.

I was sad to read two of the girl's deaths but I think in a way it would have been too hopeful (?) if they survived. Considering this is meant to be a darker book, the way the story unravels makes sense. I felt bad for Olivia's death a lot more than Kat's. Kat's actual nature and behavior unfolding was so crazy so her death felt a lot more justified.
