Keep It In The Family by John Marrs

3.5

I just finished reading 'Keep It in the Family' by John Marrs, and I'm still reeling from the experience! This domestic thriller masterfully weaves a complex web of family secrets, lies, and deceit. The characters are well-developed and relatable, making their flaws and mistakes all the more believable.

The pacing is quick and engaging, with plenty of twists to keep you guessing. While some of the reveals felt a bit predictable, the overall impact of the story still hit hard.

My only reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is that some of the themes and plot points felt a bit familiar and didn't quite break new ground in the genre.

Overall, 'Keep It in the Family' is a gripping and unputdownable read that fans of domestic thrillers will devour. Just be prepared for some serious family drama!
