This was such a sweet, heartwarming story. I’ve been in a rough reading slump and can’t concentrate on much lately. This book was just what I needed. Very sweet love story with so many good food references. I’m craving oyakadon so much right now!
I also greatly appreciate use of consent with touch and kissing (one kiss in the story) which is often missing from BL/yaoi manga. And I also love that their relationship starts as a genuine friendship and blossoms from there. And the miscommunication is short-lived.
Overall, a pleasant read with characters I really cared for right from the start.
