That Hideous Strength by C.S. Lewis
5.0
This one takes awhile to get going. And is difficult to understand outside of Lewis' setting. For those who've been through the modern education system, especially more secularized institutes of "higher learning," you will see much more of what Lewis is doing. Also, for those who understand the times, this will be a richer read. I've seen where others say it is difficult the first time through, but makes much more sense during a 2nd or 3rd read. And read Abolition of Man before to help understand this book better.
