I'm sure I've somehow missed the point of this book, but I found Calming Your Anxious Mind incredibly dull and repetitive. The first 80 pages are a general overview of the ways mindfulness can help people with anxiety disorders, while the remaining 100 pages rehashed that information and included a couple of guided meditations. This might be helpful for people who are new to meditation, I feel like I wasted my time and I didn't learn anything new.
